In this short story, a fat boy buys a miracle drug that changes him into a thin, cute highschool girl. His girlfriend jumps to the conclusion that she's been dumped, and she calls her big brother to teach the new little tramp a lesson. After being forced to have sex, the fat boy gets revenge by using the miracle drug to transform the brother.
